Drue has just recently returned to Atlanta after working as an Executive Chef in Savannah. She has traveled to the West Coast to hone her skills as a Chef in San Francisco, California and Portland, Oregon. She worked and opened several new properties including the Waldorf Astoria Orlando & Hilton Atlanta. Her love for travel and food has taken her to the Caribbean to open luxury Resorts with Harlequin Hotels. Drue’s culinary skills utilize the necessities to improve the future of sustainable products while also expanding on modern cuisine. Drue’s 15 years of experience has developed beyond the kitchen to execute banquets, hotels, home parties, catering, and business functions, while successfully opening 6 restaurants. Drue’s knowledge was cultivated at Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts and she understands the business side of the restaurant industry through her Business Management Degree. Her love for the South and its fresh seafood and cuisine has always felt like home. Today Drue is a personal Chef in the Buckhead community, hosting wine dinners, holiday business parties and doing meal prep for an extensive clientele.
